Have you ever asked yourself:
after my daughter and a busy career meant that I had stopped looking
after myself. I wanted to feel like my old self, feel stronger and fitter. I found the nutrition a challenge, but I absolutely loved the training. It gave me something to aim for, and I could see the progress week to week.
You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.
This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
